I am a transformation leader and director, combining over 14 years of global industry experience with a heartfelt passion for placing the human experience at the center of business and personal growth.

I am a deep believer in human potential and have been studying human behavior and the power of the mind for over a decade. My personal and professional life experiences have led me to transform my mind and my life. I leverage my awareness in mindset, experience in change management, and skills in strategic coaching methods to serve clients in my mission to transform the way they learn, think, and lead.

Through my company Deemah Bader Consulting & Mentorship, I create innovative educational content and programs that challenge and change the conventional approach to learning, consult organizations on optimizing business transformation and offer 1-1 and group coaching programs to nurture individuals seeking a life of power and freedom.

I receive direct mentorship and training from globally renowned coaching experts, including Danny Morel and Sofia Kakkava. My investment in these mentorship relationships inspires my lifelong learning journey and drives my commitment to excellence and service to my clients.

My approach is centered around the aspects of human fulfillment, making curiosity and empathy a cornerstone in my client interactions and product curation. The energy I bring is infused with authenticity and enthusiasm, encouraging growth, inspiring honest leadership, and empowering wellbeing for all.

Over the course of my 14-year corporate career, I gained diverse experience across the Finance, Energy, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas sectors, living in countries such as the UAE, Italy, Turkey, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Canada. My career has been shaped by global roles, where I have held leadership positions in financial management, commercial excellence & strategy, digital transformation, and change management.

Educated in Commerce and Finance at McGill University in Canada, my foundation combines analytical, business and leadership skills complemented by a strategic mindset and a passionate drive for excellence and authenticity.
